Pop-up Vaccine Clinics & Info Sessions at Twining Park

Throughout the months of June and July a collaborative community health team will be offering 4 pop-up COVID-19 vaccine information and clinic sessions at the Badger State Trail Park Shelter in Monroe (425 14th Ave) with the goal of providing health education and community health opportunities to Green County residents.

 

The information and clinic sessions will take place in the park shelter across from the Veracruz Mexican Market.

 

Below are the upcoming dates, times, and age groups that are eligible for vaccination at the pop-up clinics:

 

• Friday, July 30: 4-6pm, age 12+

August Walk-In Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays - 8am to 4pm

 

Taking place at Green County Public Health - Located inside  Green County Government Services Building (N3152 WI-81, Monroe) on the main level.

 

Individuals should enter the building through the “Public Health & Human Services” entrance.

 

Individuals will be able to choose which COVID-19 vaccine they receive – Moderna (18 + requiring a second doze 28 days after 1st), or Johnson & Johnson (18+, single dose).

Individuals who get vaccinated will need to complete a COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Form. This form will be available at the clinic or found online at the Green County Public Health website.
